At AA Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AA Pharmacy account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
