Systane Ultra Lubricant Eye Drops is intended to lubricate the eye surface and rewet soft contact lenses (including silicone hydrogel lenses).

Directions For Use:

• Shake well before use.
• May be used as needed throughout the day.
• Place 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and blink.
• Can be used with contact lenses.
• Can be used for 6 months after opening as long as the product has not expired.

Ingredients:
A sterile solution containing polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, POLYQUAD™ (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% preservative, and purified water.

May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

Warnings:

• Do not use if tamper evident cap is damaged.
• Systane® Ultra lubricant eye drops can be used while wearing contact lenses.
• For ocular use only.
• If solution changes colour or becomes cloudy, do not use.
• To avoid contamination, never touch the dropper tip of the container to any surface.
• Replace cap after each use.
• Stop using and consult your eye care professional if you experience: persistent eye discomfort, vision changes, excessive tearing, redness of the eye.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If swallowed, get medical help.
• Do not store above 30°C.
