Indication:
Used as an antiseptic bath/ shower before undergoing surgery. This product is also suitable to be used as shampoo.

Directions For Use:

• Leave SurgiBath 4% on for at least 2 minutes before rinsing. Rinse thoroughly.
• Do not dilute. To be used full strength.

Ingredients:

• Active ingredient: Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4% w/v.
• Inactive ingredients: Carmoisine colour, Water, Polyethylene glycol, Fragrance, Cetiol HE, Lauramine Oxide, Propylene Glycol, Cocamide DEA, Isopropyl Alcohol, Glucona delta lactone, Hydroxy ethylcellulose.

Cautions:

• For external use only.
• Keep out of the eyes and avoid contact with the ear, mouth or nose.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use SurgiBath 4% if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Chlorhexidine Gluconate or to any of the other ingredients.
