Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (15mL) each time, 2 times a day. To be consumed directly or with warm water after meals.
• Children above 2 years: Take 1 1/2 teaspoon (7.5mL) each time, 2 times a day. To be consumed directly or with warm water after meals.
