It is an edible fruit with medicinal purposes which is also a form of Chinese traditional medicine and a well-known spice. People in ancient times regarded the nutmeg as a treasure. It is not only used in cooking but also widely used in medical treatments.

 

Indication:

Traditionally used to relieve headache and dizziness, cold, nasal congestion, stomach ache, flatulence, waist & muscle ache, sprain and insect bites.

 

Directions for use:

• Adult: Apply and massage gently on the affected area 4 times daily or when necessary, the warm feeling after rubbed will help to relieve headache and dizziness, stomachache, flatulence and muscle ache.
• For external use only.
• Contraindicated in children below 2 years of age. Caution must be exercised when older children are treated. Avoid direct application into nostrils.
