Indication:
Traditionally used to relieve constipation and regulate bowel movement.

Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Adult: 1 – 2 sachets once daily or as recommended by doctor or pharmacist.
• Children (6 – 12 years old): ½ sachet once daily.
• Children below 6 years old: To be taken only on medical advice.
• Prepare 150ml of cold water. Pour in Gynita Sylium Fibre. Stir/ shake well and drink immediately.
• Please consume a large amount of fluid/ water when taking this product.

Ingredients:
Each sachet contains semen plantago ovata 3.7g.

Cautions:

• Not suitable for individuals with hypersensivitiy to psyllium, intestinal obstruction, fecal impaction, difficulty in swallowing and esophageal narrowing.
• Not recommended for phenylketonurics.
