Directions For Use:

• Tear off the sealing line on the top and open the double layer zipper. 
• Express or pour breast milk from a container directly into the bag. 
• Remove air and tightly seal the bag. 
• Always label the bag with name, date, time and the quantity of milk.
• Refrigerate or freeze the milk immediately to preserve the nutrients. 
• After being thawed or heated, cut the mouth of the bag and it is ready to serve. 

Cautions: 

• Label the date and time accordingly on the breastmilk storage bag.
• Leave some space at the top of the storage bag as milk will expand during freezing. 
• Store in freezer: Thaw frozen breastmilk in the refrigerator first or under flowing water. Do not thaw in microwave, warmer or boiling water. Carefully pour breastmilk into a feeding bottle for warming up.
