Directions For Use:

• Make sure battery is inserted. Step onto monitor platform and stand still until LCD stops displaying moving 'O'. Monitor will automatically switch off if idle for more than 15 seconds.
• Ensure monitor is placed on a hard floor surface, not on any soft material as it can affect the measurement data.
• Minimum weight detectable by the monitor is 3kg. This monitor is not suitable to weigh objects below 3kg. Please make sure User Details are correct. (Body Composition Function is only available for users aged 18+. Below 18 years old: use the weight function.)
