Directions For Use:

• With clean hands, hold the earplug between thumb and forefinger. Roll the full length of the earplug into a narrow, wrinkle-free cylinder.
• While compressed, insert plug into ear canal. Fitting is easier if outer ear is pulled outwards and upwards during insertion.
• With fingertips, hold plug in place until it begins to expand and block noise. The degree of noise reduction depends upon proper insertion.

Cautions:

• Do not cut ear plugs.
• Use by children should be closely supervised by an adult.
• Inspect product before use and replace plugs if they are damaged or show signs of wear.
• Not for prolonged use.
• Product intended for single user only. 
• Keep ear plugs away from infants and small children, as they may get caught in the windpipe and create a choking hazard. 
• If you experience pain or discomfort when using this product, please discontinue use.
